Revised schedule announced for the lottery of 5,354 flats and 77 plots

Computerized lottery to be held on October 11, 2025, at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, Thane; Provisional list of accepted applications to be published on October 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM on the official website

Mumbai, September 30, 2025: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), through its Konkan Housing and Area Development Board (a regional unit of MHADA), has announced a revised schedule for the computerized lottery for the sale of 5,354 flats constructed under various housing schemes in Thane city and district, Vasai (Palghar district), and 77 plots in Oros (Sindhudurg district) and Kulgaon–Badlapur. As per the revised program, the lottery for eligible applications, including those received with earnest money, will now be drawn on October 11, 2025, at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, Thane. This information was shared by the Chief Officer of the Board, Mrs. Revati Gaikwad.

According to the revised schedule, the provisional list of accepted applications will be published on MHADA’s official website https://housing.mhada.gov.in on October 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Applicants will be able to submit online objections or claims until October 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The final list of eligible applications will be published on October 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM. On October 11, 2025, the names of successful applicants and those placed on the waiting list will be made available on MHADA’s website.

The lottery announced by the Konkan Board has been divided into five categories:

565 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme,

3,002 flats under the 15% Integrated Township Housing Scheme,

1,746 flats under the MHADA Konkan Board Housing Scheme and scattered flats,

41 flats under the MHADA Konkan Board Housing Scheme (50% affordable flats), and

77 plots.

A total of 1,84,994 applications were received for this lottery, out of which 1,58,424 applications were received along with earnest money.
