MHADA Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board Opens E-Auction Registration for Plots, Shops and Community Halls
Mumbai, July 30, 2026: The MHADA Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board has commenced the online registration and application process for the e-auction of 83 properties, including 30 non-residential plots, 2 residential plots, 1 mixed-use plot, 46 shops, and 4 community halls across multiple districts in the Marathwada region.
The online registration process was launched through a Go-Live program by Chief Officer Vaibhav Kedare. Eligible bidders can register, upload the required documents, and submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through the official MHADA e-auction portal from July 30 to August 28, 2026.
The computerized e-auction will be conducted on September 3, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the combined auction results will be declared on September 4, 2026.
The properties offered under the e-auction are located across Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Nanded, Latur, Beed, and Hingoli districts. The portfolio includes commercial and residential plots, mixed-use land parcels, shops, and community halls, providing opportunities for businesses, institutions, investors, and individuals.
MHADA has advised all interested applicants to carefully review the eligibility criteria, property details, auction guidelines, and terms and conditions available in the official information booklet before submitting their applications. The authority has also clarified that no claims arising from printing or typographical errors will be entertained.
