Revised Schedule Announced, E-Auction on September 10, and Combined Results on September 11

Mumbai, August 25, 2025: The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (a division of MHADA) has announced the revised schedule for the sale of non-residential shops located in various housing projects in Mumbai via e-auction. According to the revised schedule, registration for the e-auction, online application submission, document upload, and payment of earnest money can now be completed until 11:59 PM on September 8, 2025 on the website https://eauction.mhada.gov.in

The e-auction for eligible applicants will take place online on September 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the website www.eauction.mhada.gov.in. The combined results of the e-auction will be announced on September 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM on both https://eauction.mhada.gov.in and https://mhada.gov.in

The auction includes non-residential shops available in the following locations: Mulund Gavaan Pada (6 shops), Kurla-Swadeshi Mill (5), Tunga Powai (2), Kopari Powai (23), Charkop (23), Old Magathane Borivali East (6), Mahavir Nagar Kandivali West (6), Pratiksha Nagar Sion (9), Antop Hill Wadala (3), Malwani Malad (46), Bimbisar Nagar Goregaon East (17), and Shastri Nagar Goregaon, Siddharth Nagar, Majaswadi Jogeshwari East (1).

To participate in the e-auction, applicants must be over 18 years of age at the time of applying, submit a domicile certificate issued after 2018 from the state of Maharashtra, and pay the earnest money as per the prescribed amount based on the offset price.
