Online Registration & Application Process for MHADA Mumbai Board’s 84 Non-Residential Premises E-Auction Begins on 27 November; Consolidated Result on 24 December

Mumbai, 26 November 2025: The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (a divisional unit of MHADA) will commence the online registration and application process for the e-auction of 84 non-residential premises located in various MHADA housing projects across Mumbai from 27 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

The auction includes the sale of non-residential premises at the following locations:

· Mulund–Gavanpada (04)

· Kurla–Swadeshi Mill (05)

· Kopri Powai (15)

· Model Town Majaswadi Jogeshwari (East) (01)

· Siddharth Nagar Goregaon (01)

· Bimbisar Nagar Goregaon (East) (17)

· Malvani Malad (29)

· Charkop (12)

The online bidding process for eligible applicants will be conducted on 23 December 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the website www.eauction.mhada.gov.in.

The consolidated e-auction result will be announced on 24 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on both https://eauction.mhada.gov.in and https://mhada.gov.in.

To participate in the e-auction, applicants must register on https://eauction.mhada.gov.in, submit the online application, upload the required documents, and pay the prescribed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as per the offset price. The window for completing these steps will remain open from 27 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to 21 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Applicants must be above 18 years of age while applying and must submit a domicile certificate issued by the State of Maharashtra after 2018. Payment of the prescribed EMD as per the offset price is mandatory.
