Tenders Invited from Registered Bidders Through Online E-Tendering

Mumbai, December 10, 2025:

The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (a regional unit of MHADA) has invited tenders from registered bidders through an online e-tendering process, starting December 12, 2025, for the allotment of 16 amenity plots located in various colonies, including Malad–Malvani, Unnat Nagar–Goregaon, Charkop–Kandivali, Tagore Nagar–Vikhroli, Kannamwar Nagar–Vikhroli, Gorai, Akurli, Vinoba Bhave Nagar–Kurla, and Mulund (East).

Out of these, 6 plots in Malad–Malvani are designated for facilities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, and playgrounds. One plot in Unnat Nagar–Goregaon (West) is earmarked for a school. In Charkop–Kandivali, two plots are allocated for a retail market and an amenity plot, respectively. One plot in Vinoba Bhave Nagar–Kurla is reserved for a social welfare center, while one plot in Mulund (East) is designated for shopping purposes. In Kannamwar Nagar–Vikhroli, one plot is proposed for a multipurpose community center. In Tagore Nagar–Vikhroli, one plot is reserved for residential use and another for primary and secondary school purposes. Additionally, two plots each in Gorai and Akurli are reserved as amenity plots. All these plots will be allotted through the e-tendering process. As per the layout, the plot sizes range from 32 square meters to 7,160 square meters.

The tender documents will be available for download from 3:30 PM on December 12, 2025, on the website https://mahatenders.gov.in. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 2, 2026, at 3:30 PM. The last date for downloading tender documents is January 16, 2026, up to 3:30 PM, and the last date for submission of bids is January 16, 2026, up to 5:30 PM.

The technical bids will be opened on January 20, 2026, at 3:30 PM in Room No. 240, First Floor, Grihanirman Bhavan, Kala Nagar, Bandra (East), Mumbai. The date for opening the financial bids will be communicated separately to the successful bidders.

The entire tender process will be conducted online, and all related instructions, rules, and conditions will be published on the website. The tenders will be opened at the office of the Deputy Chief Officer (Marketing), Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board, Room No. 240, First Floor, Grihanirman Bhavan, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400051. The Chief Officer of the Mumbai Board reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
