MHADA has opened Marathwada housing lottery offering 99 homes and 105 residential plots across Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Latur, giving eligible applicants an opportunity to secure residential properties through its housing and inclusive housing programs. Applications for the properties are now open and will be accepted until September 28, 2026.

The 99-home offering includes 97 units under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme and two homes under the MHADA Housing Scheme. The inclusive housing units are spread across Satara, Itkheda, Shahanurwadi and Nakshatrawadi within the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation area and are primarily intended for economically weaker and low-income applicants. The two additional homes are located in N-7, CIDCO, and Mukundwadi, with eligibility categories varying by property.

Alongside the housing units, MHADA is conducting a separate lottery for 105 residential plots, comprising 73 plots in Murtizapur in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district and 32 plots in Nilanga in Latur district. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to acquire the plots for residential construction.

Registration, application submission and form acceptance for both lotteries are already underway. Applicants can complete the process through MHADA’s official housing portal or website before the September 28 deadline. Following scrutiny, the provisional list of eligible applicants is expected to be released on October 5 at 3 p.m., with claims and objections accepted until 5 p.m. on October 7. The final list is scheduled for publication on October 12 at noon.

MHADA has not yet announced the date of the final lottery draw and said the schedule will be communicated separately. Prospective applicants are encouraged to verify eligibility requirements, property details and application procedures through official MHADA channels and avoid relying on unofficial sources. For assistance, applicants can contact the MHADA lottery helpline at 022-69468100 or the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board at 0240-2334035.
