MHADA Mumbai Board Opens Registration for 8 Amenity Plots

Mumbai, August 20, 2026: The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA has opened online registration for the allotment of eight amenity plots in various MHADA colonies across Mumbai under a first-come, first-served system. The plots are located in Malad-Malvani, Tagore Nagar and Kannamwar Nagar in Vikhroli, Gorai and Akurli.

The allotment process will be conducted in three phases to provide interested applicants multiple opportunities to apply for the available plots. The first phase will begin on August 25, 2026, at 11 a.m., with applications and required document submissions accepted until September 5 at 5:30 p.m. The list of eligible and ineligible applicants for this phase will be published on September 15 at 5 p.m.

Any plots remaining after the first phase, along with newly added plots, will be offered during the second phase. Registration for the second phase will begin on September 20 at 11 a.m., with applications accepted through September 30 at 5:30 p.m. The eligibility list will be released on October 10 at 5 p.m.

Plots still available after the second phase, together with any additional plots introduced by MHADA, will be included in the third phase. This phase will open on October 15 at 11 a.m., and applications will remain open until October 25 at 5:30 p.m. The list of eligible and ineligible applicants will be published on November 5 at 5 p.m.

Applicants must complete the online application, upload all required documents and pay the prescribed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). MHADA has advised applicants to carefully review the information booklet, eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, and document requirements before submitting their applications. Original copies of uploaded documents may also be required for verification.
