MHADA Nashik Opens Online Applications for 324 Flats

The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a part of MHADA, has started online registration and applications for 324 vacant flats under its 20 percent inclusive housing scheme. The homes are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis, giving eligible applicants an opportunity to secure a flat through the online process.

Applications can be submitted from September 8 through September 12, 2026, until 11:59 PM. Online deposits and plan finalization will also be available from 11 AM on September 9 through 11:59 PM on September 12. Applicants must pay the applicable administrative fee within 48 hours of selecting a flat.

The available homes are located in several areas of Nashik, including Makhamalabad, Satpur, Vihitgaon, Sinnar Phata, Pathardi, Mhasrul, Agar Takli, Gangapur, Deolali, Chehdi, Meri-Rasbihari Link Road and Adgaon.

MHADA has advised interested homebuyers to apply only through its official Book My Home website and carefully review the information booklet, eligibility requirements, reservation details, terms and conditions before applying. Since the flats are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis, applicants are encouraged to complete the process promptly and through authorized channels.

The Nashik Board has also warned applicants against brokers, agents or individuals claiming to represent MHADA. No private representative or property agent has been appointed for this sale, and applicants should avoid making payments or financial arrangements with unauthorized persons. Any suspected fraud or attempts to collect money in MHADA’s name can be reported to the authority’s vigilance and security office.

For assistance with online registration, applicants can contact the MHADA helpline at 022-69468100. Additional information is available from the Nashik Housing and Area Development Board office and its contact numbers 0253-2229210 and 0253-2229203. Eligible applicants are advised to verify all requirements and complete their applications through official MHADA channels.
