MHADA Nashik Board Opens Online Lottery Applications for 744 Homes Across Nashik Region
Mumbai, July 24, 2026: The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a regional board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has launched the online registration and application process for its computerized housing lottery covering 744 residential tenements under the MHADA Housing Scheme and the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme. The lottery also includes the sale of two plots in Bhusawal, Jalgaon district.
The available homes are spread across several locations in Nashik, including Pathardi Shivar, Mhasrul Shivar, Makhmalabad Shivar, Chunchale Shivar, Adgaon Shivar, Satpur Shivar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Hirawadi, Tapovan Link Road, Samangaon Road, Agar Takli Shivar, Gangapur Shivar, Sinnar Phata, Deolali Shivar, Chehedi, Mery–Rasbihari Link Road, and Wadala Shivar.
The online application process was officially launched during a Go Live programme led by Nashik Housing and Area Development Board Chairman Ranjan Thakare. The event was attended by Chief Officer Shivkumar Awalkanthhe, Deputy Chief Officer Pravin Bagul, Estate Manager Nitin Kulthe, and other board officials.
Of the total homes on offer, 412 tenements are available under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, while 332 tenements are being offered through the MHADA Housing Scheme.
Chairman Ranjan Thakare urged applicants to submit their applications only through MHADA's official website and the MHADA Lottery App. He cautioned citizens against dealing with any unauthorized agents, consultants, or intermediaries, clarifying that MHADA has not appointed any representative for the allotment process. He added that MHADA's IHLMS 2.0 computerized lottery system is fully digital, transparent, and designed to eliminate human intervention.
Chief Officer Shivkumar Awalkanthhe advised applicants to carefully read the official information booklet before registering. The booklet provides complete details on eligibility criteria, the application process, lottery rules, and information about the available homes.
For the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, online registration, application submission, and online EMD payment will remain open until July 28, 2026, while RTGS and NEFT payments can be completed during banking hours on July 29, 2026. The final list of accepted applications will be published on August 11, 2026.
For the MHADA Housing Scheme, online applications and EMD payments will remain open until August 20, 2026, with RTGS and NEFT payments accepted during banking hours on August 21, 2026. The final list of accepted applications will be released on September 4, 2026.
MHADA has stated that the date and venue for the computerized lottery draw will be announced separately on its official website.
