Mumbai: The Pune Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA will conduct a computerized lottery on June 25, 2026, for the allotment of 792 residential apartments under the Tathawade Phase-II Housing Scheme in Pune. A total of 1,422 applications have been received for the housing project, reflecting strong demand from homebuyers.

The lottery draw will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Hall, located within the Pune Board office premises in Agarkar Nagar, Pune. The event will be conducted under the guidance of Pune Board Chairman Shri Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil.

The housing scheme includes 24 apartments under the Lower Income Group (LIG) category and 768 apartments under the Middle Income Group (MIG) category. The LIG units are priced between approximately ₹46 lakh and ₹47 lakh, while MIG apartments are available in the price range of ₹64.50 lakh to ₹65.50 lakh.

Located along the Mumbai–Pune Highway, the Tathawade Phase-II project offers modern residential amenities designed to enhance quality of life. These include dedicated four-wheeler parking for every apartment, a swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, indoor games facilities, open gym, EV charging stations, solar power systems, rainwater harvesting infrastructure, and other contemporary features.

MHADA officials informed that nearly 80 percent of the construction work has already been completed, bringing the project closer to possession readiness.

To ensure transparency and public participation, the lottery process will be webcast live through MHADA’s official social media platforms, allowing applicants and citizens to watch the proceedings online.

The Tathawade Phase-II Housing Scheme is expected to provide quality and affordable housing options to aspiring homebuyers while supporting the growing residential demand in Pune’s rapidly developing suburban corridor.
