Revised Schedule Announced; Computerized Draw to be Held on December 11, 2025

Mumbai, October 28, 2025:

The Pune Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has announced an extension of the last date for submission of applications for its computerized lottery scheme for 4,186 flats. These flats are located in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, PMRDA areas, as well as in Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli districts.

Applicants can now submit their applications until 11:59 PM on November 20, 2025.

As per the revised schedule, the computerized draw for the allotment of these flats will be conducted on December 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Applicants can make the payment of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through online mode until 11:59 PM on November 20, 2025. Payments via RTGS or NEFT can be made until the close of banking hours on November 21, 2025.

The Pune Board’s lottery scheme includes 1,683 flats under the MHADA Housing Scheme (on a first-come, first-served basis), 299 flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) on the same basis, 864 flats under the 15% Inclusive Housing Scheme in the PMRDA area, and 3,222 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, and PMRDA.

Mr. Rahul Sakore, Chief Officer of the Pune Board, stated that the decision to extend the deadline was taken in response to requests from citizens seeking additional time to complete documentation and application procedures. He further appealed to applicants to register for the “first-come, first-served” schemes only through MHADA’s official portals: https://lottery.mhada.gov.in and https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in.

An information booklet providing guidance on the registration and payment process is available on MHADA’s official website: https://housing.mhada.gov.in. For assistance, applicants may contact the MHADA helpline at 022-69468100.

Mr. Sakore also clarified that MHADA has not authorized any individual, consultant, or property agent for the allotment of flats. Applicants are advised not to engage in any transactions with unauthorized persons. Any private or fraudulent dealings will be the sole responsibility of the applicant, and the Pune Board will not be held liable under any circumstances.
